Produced in Riva del Garda in the Cantina Frantoio since 1926.
Different types of olives are processed together to obtain a greater complexity of taste. It has a yellow colour, a fresh scent reminiscent of green almonds and a taste with evident but light notes of bitterness and spiciness.
Perfect with fish dishes and meat starters.
