No refunds are available for purchased tickets. Tickets can also be purchased on-site.
Tickets are valid for one year.
Children up to the age of 5 can enjoy all our offers free of charge (cut-off date: 6th birthday).
Student discount (up to and including 26 years old): A valid student ID or apprentice card with name, photo, and expiration date of studies/training is required.
