Notes:
Purchase an Earlybird ticket (1x tobogganing+1 bonus) at the ticket office or ticket machine (not online) before 10:30 am and ride twice. Please note that the bonus ticket is only valid in the morning until 11:00 am and the 2 rides must be taken by 11:00 am. It was only possible to take 1 ride before 11:00 am, no problem: The tickets are valid for 1 year, but Earlybird tickets can only be used before 11:00 am.

- Online tickets can be purchased at short notice (e.g., while waiting in line at the ticket desk). The ticket is delivered immediately after purchase.
- The ticket price at the on-site counter is the same.
- No refunds are available for purchased tickets.

- Sledding alone from 8 years and a minimum height of 135 cm.
- Toddlers aged 3 and over must be accompanied by an adult.
- If the toboggan is occupied by two children, the child sitting in the back must be at least 12 years old.
- Maximum total weight per toboggan: 150 kg.
- Stopping on the entire route is prohibited.
- Belts must be fastened during the entire ride.
- The use of mobile phones during the journey is prohibited.
- No access for pregnant women and persons with health restrictions.
- No access for persons under the influence of intoxicants.
- Staff instructions must be followed.
