Your experience begins at the Chef’s Table with a glass of champagne. After your time receiving your personal chef’s apron, Stefan Heilemann will personally welcome you into his kitchen and show you around. 
During a behind-the-scenes tour, you will discover the spaces and processes that usually remain out of sight to guests.

At the heart of the kitchen
You will then become part of the preparations for the evening service. Join the kitchen team during the mise en place and experience how the individual steps come together.
Along the way, you will gain a closer understanding of the team’s work and the precision, organization and passion behind each service.

After your time behind the scenes, take a seat at the table.
The experience concludes with Stefan Heilemann’s seven-course tasting menu, accompanied by selected wines, water and coffee.
