On November 12, Stefan Jäckel, Head Chef of the Michelin-starred La Rôtisserie at the Storchen Zürich, and Martin Göschel of the renowned Restaurant Sommet at The Alpina Gstaad (18 GaultMillau points, 1 Michelin star), invite you to a truly special experience at La Rôtisserie.
Together, the two culinary masters will create a sophisticated 4-course menu – each taking on two courses, infusing them with their personal style and philosophy. The evening begins with delicate amuse-bouches and a glass of champagne, followed by a carefully curated wine pairing by our Director of Wine, Stefano Petta.
