performance, for a good mood, for breathtaking views, for your
support!
Run or hike as many laps in 4 hours around the
Engelstock in Sattel-Hochstuckli as you can and use your energy to support the
energy to support the volunteer group of Terre des hommes Valais, Canton Schwyz and thus
the children's home "La Maison" in Massongex VS.
Time frameThe marked route can be run or walked any number of times between 10:00-14:00. It is also possible to start later than 10:00. The last lap must be completed by 14:15.

Timekeeping and scoring
- The organiser will record the number of laps run or

Who is supported
The association
TdH Valais, volunteer group Canton Schwyz
collects donations all year round for the children's home "La Maison". This home accommodates
children from African countries who need an urgently needed heart operation
or treatment for another serious illness in Switzerland. The
children are cared for at "La Maison" before and after the operation. After
rehabilitation, they are allowed to return to their home country.
Registration
- Registration is mandatory for all participants
.
- Registration deadline: Online registration is open until 8:00 a.m.
open. If places are available, you can still take part spontaneously at the start.
The number of participants is limited to 200 people;
- No entry fee will be charged. Donations are welcome at the start

- Bus - stop at "Sattel, Talstation", no. 507 from Biberbrugg or Schwyz

- to Sattel railway station, approx. 5min walk to Sattel valley station
Car:
Parking at the valley station in Sattel.
There are
no parking spaces available at the Mostelberg mountain station or at the starting point.
Turning gondola lift:
Turning gondola lift Sattel - Mostelberg. Walk from the mountain station to the start (valley station of the former Hochstuckli ski lift) 15 minutes.
Online
registered participants receive a price reduction on the railway journey;
Catering and sanitary facilities
- Catering stand at the start (valley station of the former Hochstuckli ski lift)
with water, cola, syrup, bananas, chocolate, savoury snacks and cake
(subject to change).
- Additional refreshments can be purchased at the Herrenboden inn or
be purchased at the Sattel-Hochstuckli mountain station;
- A WC is available at the start area. No showers

Safety and liability
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Participation is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to
point out at this point that participation with or directly after an acute
an acute infection (e.g. flu with fever, Covid or similar) is very risky from a health

- Adequate preparation for the charity run is the responsibility
of the participant.
