Bon pour une Brisolée
Our brisolée is served at the table and as much as you like from the end of September to the end of November. It includes:
Chestnuts roasted over a wood fire, 4 Valais mountain cheeses, seasonal fruit, dry Anniviers bacon, butter and rye bread with walnuts. The voucher also includes a small plate of dried beef from the Val d'Anniviers and a slice of homemade fruit tart to finish on a gourmet note.
