Birnel (pear juice concentrate) is a pure, natural product free from preservatives and has an almost indefinite shelf life. Birnel is made from 100 per cent Swiss cider pears. The fruit is pressed, and the juice is clarified, filtered, deacidified and concentrated. Birnel is sweet, delicate in flavour and very easy to digest.
