The ticket purchase is not a reservation.
Online tickets can be purchased at short notice (e.g. queue at the ticket office). The ticket will be delivered immediately after purchase.
The ticket price is the same at the ticket counter on site.
There are no refunds on purchased tickets.
All our tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Tickets are valid for 1 year.
Services per person:
1x Chairlift ride
1x Toboggan ride
Access Conditions toboggan:
Solo tobogganing allowed from age 8 and a minimum height of 135 cm.
Young children from age 3 may ride only when accompanied by an adult.
If two children share a toboggan, the child sitting in the back must be at least 12 years old.
Maximum weight per toboggan: 150 kg.
Stopping anywhere on the track is strictly prohibited.
Seat belts must be worn throughout the entire ride.
Mobile phone use is prohibited during the entire ride.
No access for pregnant women or individuals with health conditions.
No access for persons under the influence of intoxicants.
Instructions from staff must be followed.
