The Paseo "social eatery" - a place of experiences, enjoyment and community

We want our guests to enjoy a true sense of hospitality, lean back in a southern inspired atmosphere and embark on an aroma journey into the Mediterranean region, to which they will be taken by their own senses. We want to convey a feeling of conviviality and belonging and invite you to laugh with your loved ones, to spend time with your family, to turn strangers into friends.

Surrounding the guest experience, we design a training program for women who want to build their future in gastronomy. Women of all backgrounds who want to and will move forward. Women who help shape our restaurant with their experiences. Women who are part of a Basel pioneering women's project and carry it on their strong shoulders.
