Prepared by our chef, our smoked salmon comes from carefully selected fillets, dry-salted without additives, then slowly smoked over natural wood. This traditional process, carried out in our own smokehouse, reveals a melt-in-the-mouth texture and subtle taste, a far cry from industrial products.
