The Gurtner family cooks and enjoys with passion. True to the motto "Good things made with love", the family creates a symbiosis of purist dishes and wines pressed with love. Gurtner's wine journey is not a classic Wine & Dine, but an event that brings you closer to the fascinating topic of wine with matching dishes in Gurtner's living room in a relaxed way.
We will not only tell you the stories about the wines you bring along, but we will also tell you about anecdotes from the daily life of a winegrower.

Just like a real excursion, this event follows a journey through the entire restaurant. So the scenery changes from the big oak table to Gurtner's library to the crowning finale in the kitchen.

The winery
Since 1829, Champagne Bollinger has been creating great sparkling wines with a powerful, refined and complex style that expresses the flavours of the fruit in all its dimensions. The Bollinger style is characterised by a dense and subtle presence that strikes a balance between the intensity of the great Pinot Noirs and the freshness of the Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs. Over the years, Bollinger has planted its 180 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the best wine-growing areas of Champagne. These consist of 85% Grand and Premier Crus and are cultivated in seven different vineyards: Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois and Verzenay for Pinot Noir in the Montagne de Reims, Cuis for Chardonnay on the Côte des Blancs and Champvoisy for Meunier in the Vallée de la Marne.
