The Gurtner family cooks and enjoys with passion. True to the motto "Good things made with love", the family creates a symbiosis of purist dishes and wines pressed with love. Gurtner's wine journey is not a classic Wine & Dine, but an event that brings you closer to the fascinating topic of wine with matching dishes in Gurtner's living room in a relaxed way.
We will not only tell you the stories about the wines you bring along, but we will also tell you about anecdotes from the daily life of a winegrower.

Just like a real excursion, this event follows a journey through the entire restaurant. So the scenery changes from the big oak table to Gurtner's library to the crowning finale in the kitchen.

The winery
The Preli winery is located in the north-west of Italy, more precisely on the sunny side of the Monferrato in Piedmont. Monferrato is also famous because it is the home of Barbera. Since 2002, Preli has dedicated herself to her passion as a winegrower with vigour and dynamism. This is the only way to produce delicately flavoured, seductive, powerful and natural wines that are carefully cultivated with love and dedication, professionally vinified and carefully stored. Traditional, regional grape varieties such as Barbera, Nebbiolo, Albarossa, Arneis, Moscato, Brachetto D'Acqui and the rare Timorasso thrive on around 17 hectares. We also cultivate Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
