The day begins with a drive to Engstligenalp and a short hike across the flowery high plateau. When you arrive at the Sennhütte, you will be welcomed by the dairymaid and accompanied to the cosy Chucheli. While enjoying a delicious breakfast, you can look over the shoulder of the farmers and watch them make cheese.
