We recommend: always obtain an online boarding pass. The online boarding pass allows you to book your departure time up the Stanserhorn and avoid having to queue in Stans. Please note the following:

• The online boarding pass is free and is included in the purchase of an online ticket.
• If you already have a valid ticket or purchase your ticket at the ticket counter, the online boarding pass will cost you CHF 2.
• If all departure times are fully booked, additional boarding passes are available free of charge from the ticket counter. You may have to wait for availability.
• Bookings are for the departure times stated in the timetable. Additional departure times are made available on busy days.
• Online bookings are not available after 9 am on the day of the excursion. However, tickets and boarding passes remain available from the ticket counter.
• Every passenger (including toddlers and babies) is required to have a boarding pass, as do dogs over 30cm in height.
• Promotions may be redeemed at the ticket counter.
• Groups of 10 or more persons should book ahead by calling 041 618 80 40 or info@cabrio.ch
• Passengers are requested to report to our staff at the lower terminus 10 minutes before departure time.
• Online boarding passes are non-refundable once purchased.
