Anne-Sophie Pic celebrates Swiss terroir with an exceptional evening where her cuisine meets the finest Swiss wines through a menu in seven sequences. Each dish will be enhanced by a carefully selected wine from a different Swiss canton. These wines will be presented by their winemakers, who will share their passion, their estate and the perfect match between wine and dish. To begin this culinary journey, we will offer you a first sequence without wine, but with the subtle art of a guest distiller, who will create an exceptional cocktail based on Swiss spirits, to awaken your taste buds.
