For one evening, Stefan Heilemann welcomes Austrian two-Michelin-starred chef Johannes Nuding from Schwarzer Adler in Hall in Tirol.
When two of the Alpine region's most exciting chefs come together in the kitchen, the result is an evening that goes far beyond a classic gourmet dinner. They share an uncompromising passion for the finest ingredients, exceptional craftsmanship, and a culinary philosophy that seamlessly combines a strong sense of place with creativity.
Johannes Nuding has worked with culinary icons including Joël Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire, and led the legendary Sketch – The Lecture Room & Library in London to three Michelin stars. Today, at Schwarzer Adler, he reinterprets Alpine cuisine through an international lens. At Widder Restaurant, Stefan Heilemann has established a cuisine awarded two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points, combining the precision of French culinary tradition with contemporary elegance.
Together, they will create an exclusive six-course menu – a tribute to the Alpine region that is elegant, surprising, and full of character.
The evening begins with a Champagne aperitif and is complemented by a carefully curated wine pairing featuring outstanding wines, including exceptional discoveries from Austria.
