On Sunday, June 14, 2026, the Gütsch in Andermatt will become the stage for an extraordinary culinary experience: Alpine Green Table.

Set against the majestic backdrop of the Swiss Alps, guests will enjoy an exclusive open-air 5-course menu created by some of Switzerland’s most influential Green Michelin Star chefs. At the heart of the event is the Green Michelin Star, the international distinction awarded to chefs redefining fine dining through sustainability, regionality, and responsible gastronomy.

This is where alpine product culture, precise craftsmanship, and modern haute cuisine come together. The chefs share a common philosophy: uncompromising quality, close collaboration with local producers, and a cuisine deeply connected to nature and the seasons.

Together, the chefs will create an exclusive 5-course menu on the Gütsch, accompanied by an aperitif and carefully selected wine pairings. Each course tells its own alpine story — refined to the essentials, shaped by origin, seasonality, and true respect for ingredients.
