"Célébration des Fromages" with Maître Anthony & Stefano Petta

For the 29th time, we welcome Maître Fromager Affineur Bernard Antony with his cheese ceremony at the Storchen Zürich.
He will present his finest raw milk cheeses, matured to perfection in his aging cellars in Alsace.
On this special evening, you can look forward to a 6-course cheese tasting menu, featuring cold-served raw milk cheeses accompanied by Maître Antony’s homemade bread and butter, as well as potatoes. Joining us is our Head of Wine, Stefan Petta, who will present selected wines and champagnes to pair with the cheese tasting menu.
CHF 245 per person, including aperitif, wines and beverages with the meal – excluding spirits.
