For the 28th time, we welcome Maître Fromager Affineur Bernard Antony with his cheese ceremony at Storchen Zurich.

Prepare to be amazed as Maître Fromager Affineur Bernard Antony presents his finest raw milk cheeses, each one a testament to his unparalleled expertise and dedication, refined to perfection in his maturing cellars in Alsace.

On this special evening, you will enjoy a six-course cheese-tasting menu consisting of cold-served raw milk cheeses with Maître Antony's homemade bread and butter, as well as potatoes, accompanied by selected wines and champagne from our Head of Wine, Stefano Petta.
