Workshop in breathing technique, cold application and mindset with a Wim Hof instructor, combined with movement and exercise with a fitness and health instructor.
In this workshop you will experience first-hand the powerful interplay of respiration, the cold, mental focus and movement. You will feel how your perceptions and sensations change through targeted breathing techniques, mental strength, direct contact with the cold and physical challenges. This intensive experience will not only be unforgettable, but will also teach you valuable skills that will help you to stay calm and composed in everyday life, even in stressful moments.
You will learn the basics of breathing, focussing and cooling methods as well as the positive effect of physical exertion on your health - accompanied by sporting challenges on Mount Pilatus. The scientific background is also explained in an understandable way.
