It is a pink-gin obtained by distillation and infusion.
Individual distillations of juniper, sage, angelica, lemon, coriander and iris are combined and then infused for 7 days with rose and cardamom.
The result is a heady, fresh scent that does not, however, leave the juniper with its pungent, resinous notes in the background.
