2. Legal basis of the collection and use of Personal Information

We and/or companies authorised by us will collect the Personal Information required for the purchase and processing of tickets, vouchers or other services. Insofar as we obtain your consent for the processing of your personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for such processing. Your Personal Information may also be transferred to third parties. We will keep your Personal Information only to the extent and for the period of time for which the purpose of the storage is given or we are obliged to do so by law.

3. Data security

We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect your Personal Information against manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorised processing. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can have security gaps, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
