On the exhibition "Japan de luxe – The Art of the Surimono Prints"Scent is one of our most intimate experiences. In this immersive workshop by Atelier Wanderblend × Museum Rietberg, participants are invited to explore the cultural history of incense from Japan to Mexico, discover the art of scent blending, and hand-craft their own incense cones. Through guided smelling, blending, and making, we will listen deeply to fragrance as a language — and take home unique creations shaped by our own senses.
