Was your voucher purchased on or after 17 November 2023?
Please enter the voucher code (located next to the QR code) on the payment page.

Was your voucher purchased on or before 16 November 2023?
Your voucher retains its original value. Book and pay for your HotPot experience on our website. Afterwards, send us your IBAN number and the original voucher by post. Once we receive it, we will refund the voucher value.

Package
After booking the package including hotel accommodation, we will send you a list of our partner hotels by email. We will then take care of the reservation at your chosen hotel.

Dates
From 30 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, we welcome you daily from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Cholplatz.

We recommend bringing:

• Bath slippers
  
• Beanie or headband

The HotPot is cleaned after each use and refilled with fresh water.
