The hearty brunch buffet includes:

• a selection of baked goods such as Bernese Ankezüpfe, selection of breads and rolls, croissants and sweet pastries.
• jams, butter, honey, Nutella
• Swiss hard and soft cheese specialties, regional meat platter, smoked salmon platter with horseradish cream and lime
• freshly prepared fried and scrambled eggs, fried bacon, veal cipollata, rösti
• yogurt, Birchermüesli, cereals
• seasonal salad buffet
• For lunch: Älpler Makkaroni with fine apple sauce, Sunday roast with gravy, seasonal vegetables
