At the «Klassengastro» the students of the upper school Belp cook and serve a 4-course menu at the restaurant Gurtners. With the support of the restaurant's vocational trainers, the young people take over responsibility for one evening. The menu is prepared by junior staff, as well as the evening service is carried out by the class.
