The Gurtner family cooks and enjoys with passion. True to the motto "Good things made with love", the family creates a symbiosis of purist dishes and wines pressed with love. Gurtner's wine journey is not a classic Wine & Dine, but an event that brings you closer to the fascinating topic of wine with matching dishes in Gurtner's living room in a relaxed way.
We will not only tell you the stories about the wines you bring along, but we will also tell you about anecdotes from the daily life of a winegrower.

Just like a real excursion, this event follows a journey through the entire restaurant. So the scenery changes from the big oak table to Gurtner's library to the crowning finale in the kitchen.

The winery
Maison Champy, founded in 1720, is one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy and a pioneer in wine production. The estate extends over 21 hectares and is known for its organic farming, which ensures both the quality of the wines and the sustainability of production. Maison Champy produces an impressive range of wine varieties: Vosne-Romanée, an elegant and complex wine known for its fine aromas and silky texture. The Gevrey-Chambertin impresses with its powerful structure and deep, earthy notes. The Clos Vougeot Grand Cru is a truly majestic wine, characterized by its intensity and longevity. The Echezeaux Grand Cru impresses with its finesse and multi-layered aromas.
