As part of the “classroom catering” program, students from Belp High School cook and serve a four-course meal at Restaurant Gurtners. With support from the restaurant's vocational trainers, the young people take charge for one evening. The menu is prepared by the students, and the evening service is also carried out by the class.

Program:
- 2p.m. – 6:30 p.m.: The students learn about the restaurant industry and prepare for the evening service.
- Starting at 6:30 p.m.: You arrive as guests. The students cook and serve dinner that evening.
- Starting at 10 p.m.: End of service by the students
- 11:45 p.m.: Last ride on the Gurtenbahn
