Enjoy creative culinary delights after the garden tours: Ten tour participants can also visit the Gärtli-Tavolata at Gurtners Restaurant. The day's fresh Gurtengärtli harvest is turned into spontaneous and surprising dishes in Gurtners kitchen and served at the kitchen table as a tavolata. In addition, the creative chef shares his thoughts on the processing.
