15 Years of Duo Escarlata

Cellist Daniela Roos and accordionist Ina Callejas celebrate the 15th anniversary of Duo Escarlata with an impressive musical journey of sound.

From the Italian fire of Vivaldi and the galant spirit of Boccherini, the path leads through the romantic colors of Reger and Dvořák to the virtuosity of Popper and the refined modernity of Martinů.

Rarely heard treasures such as Moffat’s “Old Italian Melodies” and Sgambati’s “Serenata Napoletana” lend the program a Mediterranean glow.

The program unites passion, elegance, and depth—a musical arc spanning three centuries, full of colors and stories, perfectly suited to celebrate the anniversary of Duo Escarlata.
