The sounds of the roaring deer are impressive. In autumn, when the days become shorter, they are especially easy to hear. Guided by our park ranger Sandro Betschart, you will track down the roaring deer high above the valley in full moonlight.

Sandro is a trained hunter, gamekeeper and biologist and knows the Steinau area like the back of his hand. He will share with you exciting knowledge about the noble, graceful deer. In addition, you will enjoy fine Steinau specialities (incl. drinks) from your hiking rucksack.
