We recommend: Reserve your departure time online in advance to avoid waiting times in Stans. Please note the following:

• The online boarding pass is free and is included in the purchase of an online ticket.
• If you already have a valid ticket or purchase your ticket at the ticket counter, you can buy the online departure reservation for CHF 2.
• Online departure reservations are non-refundable once purchased.
• Every passenger (including toddlers and babies) is required to have a departure reservation, as do dogs over 30cm in height.
• Bookings are for the departure times stated in the timetable. Additional departure times are made available on busy days.
• If all departure times are fully booked, additional departure reservations are available free of charge from the ticket counter. You may have to wait for availability.
• Online bookings are not available after 9 am on the day of the excursion. However, tickets and departure reservations remain available from the ticket counter.
• Passengers are requested to report to our staff at the lower terminus 10 minutes before departure time. The trip will take place within the next 20 minutes.
• A departure reservation for the descent is not available online. On well-frequented days, they are available on site on the mountain.
• Promotions may be redeemed at the ticket counter.
