On Thursday 20 November, Anne-Sophie Pic is delighted to welcome to her Lausanne restaurant the house of Louis Roederer who are opening the doors of their prestigious cellar.

On this occasion, her guest Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, will accompany you through the tasting of these great vintages :

• Cristal Blanc: 1979, 1990, 1996, 2012, 2013, 2016
• Cristal Rosé: 2002, 2008

The vintages will be served with food and wine pairings based on a 7-sequence menu presented by Anne-Sophie Pic and Jordan Theurillat.

This unique evening will be held at the restaurant's Grande Table giving pride of place to a convivial and epicurean moment. Each participant will enjoy the privilege of a visit to the Maison Louis Roederer in Reims, organised by appointment by the Beau-Rivage Palace.
