We'll make you a confectioner! Learn how to create melt-in-the-mouth truffles and pralines and skilfully finish them into little masterpieces in the praline course. At the end of the course, you'll go home with a pretty box full of truffles and pralines you've created yourself, as well as a recipe booklet with over 50 pages for making your masterpieces.
