BAKING ON THE ALP

"Baking on the Alp" is a course for all those who would like to devote themselves entirely to bread with plenty of time, peace and quiet and in a relaxed atmosphere, away from everyday life.
Together we will bake bread and biscuits in one of the best wood-burning ovens on Tanja Seiler's Röseli-Alp and chat freely to our hearts' content about bread and the world. We have plenty of time to experiment with dough and the wood-burning oven and to go into depth with all your questions. The course does not follow a rigid pattern, but is entirely based on the interests of the participants.

Arrival on Saturday from 10 am

Board and lodging
There are enough beds available in double and triple rooms at Tanja Seilers Alp. Accommodation and meals at the hut are included in the course price. Please inform us of any food intolerances in the next booking step.
