1. General provisions
The ticket purchaser ("Ticket Purchaser") recognizes that ordering tickets and/or the use of other offered services shall give rise to rights and obligations exclusively between: H. Krachts Erben AG ("Organizer") and the Ticket Purchaser. This applies in particular to any claims for restitution.
These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") form the basis for the use of the organizer’s website.
By ticking the checkbox: «I have read and accept the T&C», the Ticket Purchaser declares his/her acceptance of and adherence to the T&C.
2. Online salesThe Provider and its Suppliers shall endeavour to offer the Customer the smoothest and most professional service possible in accordance with the state of the art. To this end, the Provider utilises proven technology as well as proven experts and suppliers (together: "Suppliers"), applying the necessary care. Nevertheless, no guarantee can be given for the error-free or uninterrupted provision of services, nor can illegal interference with the IT system or misuse by unauthorised persons be ruled out. The provider rejects any liability for any damages resulting from this. Liability for third-party services is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The Customer shall use its hardware (including printers), operating software and telecommunications equipment for the utilisation of services at its own risk and expense. The Customer acknowledges that the Provider and its suppliers/licensors are not obliged to support or maintain specific software or to support specific operating platforms or systems or to maintain their support in the future. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider rejects any liability for damage to the Customer's IT system as a result of use of the Website or utilisation of services.
The customer recognises without reservation that all services accessed via his account are attributed to him. The customer shall take commercially reasonable precautions to keep the password secret and to prevent its use by unauthorised persons or misuse. The customer shall notify the provider (datenschutz@hkeag.ch) immediately if he has reason to believe that his access data could be misused and shall, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify the provider and its suppliers against any damage caused by unauthorised or improper use or manipulation of the website or services within his area of responsibility. If unauthorised or improper use is suspected, the Provider shall in any case be entitled to stop or refuse the provision of services.
The sales price displayed in the web shop includes VAT and any sales and dispatch charges within Switzerland.
3. TicketsTickets are checked electronically at the entrance to the event. We reserve the right to check the authorisation of the person presenting the ticket.
Tickets must be protected from moisture, dirt, mechanical or optical effects and other damage, etc. The barcode must be machine-readable. The barcode must be machine-readable. Damaged tickets will not be replaced.
Copying, altering or imitating tickets etc. is not permitted. Tickets manipulated in this or any other way are not valid. Attempted fraud will be reported to the police.
The resale or trading of tickets at unofficial prices is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased in this way lose their validity. In the event of suspicion, the right is reserved to block the corresponding tickets and/or the customer account without refund.
If the ticket is not confiscated upon entry, it must be kept until the end of the event and presented upon request. Any misuse of tickets is prohibited. The instructions of the event staff must be followed. In the event of non-compliance, the right is reserved to claim damages in addition to forfeiting the right to participate.
4. Provisions of the Organizer and validity and return of tickets
The provisions of the Organizer (security requirements, age and other entry restrictions, etc.) must be adhered to. Any misuse of the tickets is prohibited. The Ticket Purchaser must ensure that the ticket being protected against misuse (e.g. wrongful copying, modification or printing by unauthorized persons). The QR code and/or barcode must be machine-readable.
Tickets can generally not be returned or exchanged. If events are postponed, the tickets are automatically valid on the new date. If an event is cancelled, the Ticket Purchaser’s repayment claim against the Organizer is subject to his Terms and Conditions.
5. Obligations of the customerBy purchasing the ticket, the customer acknowledges the safety, access, age and other implementation regulations of the respective organiser and acknowledges that he/she may be excluded from the event without compensation if these regulations are not complied with. The applicable regulations are available from the organiser.
The ticket purchaser must ensure that the ticket is protected against misuse (e.g. unlawful copying, alteration or printing by unauthorised persons). The QR code and/or barcode must be machine-readable. Unreadable tickets may be rejected.
6. VouchersCustomers have the option of purchasing value vouchers or vouchers for various products and services via the webshop. When purchasing vouchers, the customer accepts the provider's general terms and conditions for the respective businesses. The terms and conditions are public and can be viewed at

Validity of vouchers/ price changesPurchased value or service vouchers for restaurant visits or the use of other services (except hotel accommodation) up to a value of CHF 400.00 are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
Purchased value or service vouchers for restaurant visits, hotel accommodation or the use of other services over a value of CHF 400.00 are valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
Specified vouchers for individual products or services retain their full validity even if the official sales price has changed within the validity period of the voucher.
If individual products or services can no longer be purchased due to an adjusted product range, the valid voucher can be redeemed for other products and services of the provider at the value of the original sales price.
8. Refund or payment of vouchersVouchers cannot be refunded.
If vouchers cannot be redeemed in full, the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a new voucher.
Residual values of product vouchers due to price changes will not be refunded.
9. Resale of tickets and vouchersAny trade in purchased tickets and vouchers, in particular for commercial or business purposes, is prohibited. Infringements may lead to the loss of the service associated with the purchased tickets and to claims for damages and the issue of prizes against the original ticket purchaser and the ticket purchasers. Persons who violate these provisions may be excluded from purchasing tickets.
10. Advertising and prize drawsWithout the express prior consent of the organiser, the customer is not permitted to use tickets or vouchers of any kind in his advertising aimed at the general public and/or for raffles.
11. Personal dataThe Customer recognises and agrees that the Provider and its suppliers may obtain knowledge of personal data in connection with the provision and maintenance of the Website and the provision of services. The Provider shall endeavour to ensure confidentiality to the extent required by law and commercially reasonable. Details can be found in the privacy policy on the handling of personal data.
The customer acknowledges that photographs and video recordings will be made at the events offered. By purchasing a ticket, the customer consents to the use of the recordings by the provider. A right of cancellation is regulated in the provider's privacy policy.
12. Photo rightsBy participating in the provider's events, the customer agrees that photos may be taken of them at the event and published in the provider's media. If the customer does not wish to have close-up photos taken of him or herself, he or she must inform the photographer before the photo is taken. The provider accepts no liability for photos published by private individuals.
13. Amendment of GTC'sThe Provider reserves the right to adapt and amend the GTCs at any time. Changes to the GTCs will be communicated to customers in an appropriate manner, in particular by publication on the website. Please therefore consult the website regularly.
