Join us on a journey into the wild heart of Catalonia. We take you to the setting of the Priorat: a region characterised by steep slate slopes, blazing summer heat and spectacular starry skies. At the end of the 1980s, Palacios awoke this almost forgotten region from its slumber. With unbridled determination, he restored abandoned vineyards and finally found his jewel: L'Ermita. This "iceberg terroir" - a tiny amphitheatre with vines up to 100 years old - is the origin of a world-famous cult wine.
