1844 - Easter Egg
Our limited edition Easter egg is a true masterpiece, lovingly handmade by Chef Patissier Potier from our own fine chocolate. Each piece tells its own story - unique, delicate and created with great dedication. As there are only 50 of these special pieces, we invite you to reserve one of these rare works of art.
To be collected between 01 April - 21 April at the Baur au Lac Kiosk.

Ingredients:
- Dark Chocolate Couverture (minimum cocoa: 72%) Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), natural vanilla flavor; May contain: milk.
- Praliné Almond 50%. Ingredients: sugar, almond, anhydrous butter, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin). May contain: milk, gluten.
- Marzipan Raw Mass: Ingredients: almond (Spain), sugar, water, invert sugar syrup.
- Malted Crispy Cereal Coated with White Chocolate (cocoa butter: at least 35%). Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, malted crispy cereal 18.2% (wheat flour, sucrose, malted wheat flour, wheat starch, barley malt extract, skimmed milk powder, salt), whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, whey (milk), butter (milk), maltodextrin, emulsifier: sunflower lecithins, coating agent: shellac, natural vanilla extract. May contain: nuts, soy.
