We are passionate about cabbage & turnips, pumpkin and celery, cauliflower and salsify. In the New Tavern, vegetables always play the leading role - in line with our motto "without compromise", in taste and in our philosophy.

Based on the current market supply, we offer 10 to 14 lovingly composed dishes - perfect for sharing and enjoying together. With the surprise menu "Tavolata", the decision is completely taken away from the presentee: a selection of seasonal dishes that invite to discover the unknown.

Close cooperation with producers & suppliers from the region offers us a wide range of exciting possibilities. In this way, we are able to constantly adapt our range and present products in a new light.

Because exceptional food also requires exceptional drinks, we attach great importance to a good balance of natural and classic wines. With the same passion we take care of those who don't want to drink wine. In addition to beer from craft breweries, we therefore serve a wide selection of homemade drinks - from lemonades to cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
