Cédric Bouchard – the quiet revolutionary from the southern Côte des Bar – is considered one of the most distinctive winemakers in Champagne.
His wines are made from single vineyard plots, a single grape variety, and a single vintage – vinified without dosage, with precision, purity, and a strong sense of character. The cuvées under the Roses de Jeanne label are among the most sought-after in the region.

At this exclusive Winemaker’s Lunch at the Widder Restaurant, Cédric Bouchard will personally present a selection of his rare champagnes – paired with a finely tuned 5-course menu by 2-star chef Stefan Heilemann, carefully designed to reflect the aromatic depth and complexity of his wines.

Your host for the afternoon is Stefano Petta, Director of Wine at The Living Circle. This unique event is made possible through a long-standing partnership with Vinothek Carl Studer, who was instrumental in bringing Cédric Bouchard to Zurich for this occasion.
