For one day, Stefan Heilemann takes the culinary lead at the Widder Garden and invites you to a delightful summer highlight. In the picturesque oasis of the Widder Garden, you will be treated to an exclusive 3-course Tavolata menu inspired by Parisian cuisine.

The afternoon begins with a sparkling champagne aperitif and exquisite flying appetizers by Stefan Heilemann. Then, you will take a seat at large tables where Heilemann’s masterful creations are served in the traditional Tavolata style. From fresh oysters to the French classic Tartare de Bœuf, prepared with premium beef from our own Château de Raymontpierre – Michelin-star cuisine to share and enjoy.

Markus Lippke provides the perfect musical backdrop with his virtuosic performances on piano and guitar – the ideal accompaniment for an afternoon filled with indulgence, camaraderie, and summer vibes.
