Champagne and sparkling wines are suitable for festive occasions, delicious drinks or simply for those personal and happy moments. Many après and pre-dinner cocktails are combined with sparkling wine. Sparkling wines are in vogue. Together we create fresh and summery drinks with sparkling wine and champagne, fresh herbs and spices and of course enjoy them on our summer terrace.

Content

•     You will create recipes based on sparkling wine.
•     You will know other cocktails based on sparkling wine.
•     You will taste delicious & cool drinks for "hot summer days".
•     You will learn the difference between classic drinks and your own creations.
•     You will have an insight into the history and production of sparkling wines.

Prerequisite

No previous knowledge is necessary. Minimum age 18 years.
The courses are held in German.

Target group
Smaller groups, singles, beginners as well as advanced cocktail makers.

The course leader is Sven Dausel, who works for us as Chef de Bar at the Wellnesshotel Golf Panorama.
