As part of the Top Taste of Grindelwald Alpine Excellence Food Festival, Gault Millau chefs Paul Cabayé and David Imre Rosza will be treating guests to a joint 6-course tasting menu at «1910 - Gourmet by Hausers».
Johann Hauser extended the Belvedere in 1910. The then new stove stands in the centre of the small, cosy parlour with just six tables. The inspiration for the regional and sustainable concept comes from a time when the ingredients used in the kitchen were grown by the chefs themselves or sourced locally.
