Swiss Diversity is a non-profit association that has set itself the goal of promoting the social recognition and promotion of diversity and inclusion in Switzerland. More about Swiss Diversity here.

The Swiss Diversity Awards Night 2025 will be particularly colorful, reflecting the diversity of the guests. In addition to the winners of the Swiss Diversity Awards, a live music program with a variety of musicians and artists awaits us. On September 6, 2025, Swiss personalities and projects will be honored for the 6th time with the Swiss Diversity Award for their commitment to diversity and inclusion. In addition to the award ceremony, the event in the Kursaal Bern also offers an exceptional supporting program.

The categories in which the winners will be honored are “LGBTQIA+”, “Gender”, “Age”, “Disability”, “Education & Social Background”, “Nationality & Ethnicity” and “Religion & Spirituality”. Two special prizes will also be awarded: The “Allianz Lifetime Award” honors a personality for their life's work, and the “Swisscom Entrepreneurship Award” honors a D&I business idea with potential and scalability. 

Note on the language
Although all parts of the program will be held in German, English or French, we are happy to provide written simultaneous translations. Language should not be a barrier to attending the event.
