Swiss Diversity is a non-profit association that has set itself the goal of promoting the social recognition and promotion of diversity and inclusion in Switzerland.

With the Swiss Diversity Leaders Club, the association has created a national exchange platform for D&I, HR and talent development experts from the business world. The Swiss Diversity Leaders meet at least three times a year in various Swiss cities to discuss best practices and developments, exchange expert knowledge and experiences, and inspire and strengthen each other. This national network actively promotes the topic of D&I in Switzerland.

On January 11, 2024, the D&I network will meet in Zurich, in cooperation with Siemens and EnableMe. As always, the event will focus on two interactive club-talks.
