Please note: online tickets are only valid until 17:00. If you are arriving later, please buy your ticket in the Visitor Centre or at the ticket machines. 
Tickets for visitors in a wheelchair or with a pram and groups of 15 or more are only available in the Visitor Centre.

No refund or replacement can be issued for the ticket. 
The ticket is valid for one year. If several copies of the same ticket are in circulation, admission can be refused. A refund or payout of the purchase price is excluded in this case.
