Take a stroll from the hotel to the nearby woodland (6–7 minutes); if you fancy it, set off barefoot straight away and feel the stones and fresh grass beneath your feet.
In the woodland, you’ll be welcomed by one of our therapists, and you can simply let go and relax. During the massage, breathe deeply and mindfully, inhaling the crisp forest air and taking in oxygen, whilst listening to the rustling of the leaves and the birdsong – this is pure wellness music and really does boost your immune system!
