Look forward to an attractively presented cheese buffet with selected cheeses from Toggenburg. A producer from the region is personally on site, cuts the cheese fresh and is in direct dialogue with our guests. Cheeses from the following cheese dairies are on offer: Gübeli Toni Käserei GmbH, Bergkäserei Liechti, Käserei Stadelmann AG from Nöldi Forrer and from the international cheesemaker Willi Schmid from Städtlichäsi Liechtensteig GmbH. Today, the bread varieties are carefully produced and delivered by the Toggenburg bread artisans.
