A unique brunch experience awaits you at the foot of the Säntis with musical accompaniment from the Forrer family band.

Enjoy a rich brunch buffet with fresh Sunday plaited bread, airy croissants, regional cheese and meat specialities, a fine selection of muesli, Bircher muesli and yoghurt from the region. Savoury additions include tender smoked salmon with horseradish foam, rösti, hearty egg dishes, fried bacon, spicy chipolatas and vegetarian additions such as hummus, vegetables and antipasti. Your sweet tooth will also be satisfied with a dessert buffet for the crowning finale, including Toggenburg Schlorzifladen, meringues with cream, crèmes and much more.
